Alistair holds a CELTA from the University of Cambridge and brings over 30 years of leadership experience from the international business world. Fully bicultural, he has led strategic initiatives for top-tier branding agencies in London and Paris (Conran Design Group, CBA).

His background as a headhunter in financial markets for investment banks—including Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, and Nordea—gives him a unique edge in business English coaching for professionals. Educated at Harrow School and holding a degree in European Business Administration, Alistair combines the art of presentation with the high-stakes reality of the boardroom.

Karine is a Franco-British national holding a CELTA from the University of Cambridge. With over two decades of experience in the UK across sales, marketing, and HR, she has managed operations for major international brands and SMEs in the travel and charity sectors.

A graduate of Paris-III Sorbonne Nouvelle and University College London, Karine holds a Master’s degree from the University of Westminster and an Associate Diploma from the CIPD. This blend of academic rigor and operational HR expertise makes her a specialist in executive presence coaching, helping leaders navigate complex human dynamics with clarity and professional impact.
